Mission, Objectives & Beliefs

Dear Little Lake Community:

As the Little Lake City School District Superintendent, it is my honor and privilege to welcome you all to a new academic year. Our district is where excellence thrives, and I am deeply committed to ensuring that every student receives a high-quality education that prepares them for a bright and prosperous future.

This year, we are thrilled to begin a journey brimming with opportunities for learning, growth, and achievement. Our devoted teachers, staff, and administrators have been working tirelessly to establish a nurturing and stimulating environment where every child can thrive. Education is a collaborative effort, and I firmly believe that strong partnerships between families, educators, and the community are essential for our students’ success.

As we navigate the challenges and opportunities of this school year, I want to assure you that the safety and well-being of our students and staff remain our top priorities. I look forward to working together to make this school year a memorable and successful one.

Warmest regards,

Jonathan Vasquez
Superintendent
Little Lake City School District
Dear Little Lake CSD Community:

I am honored and thrilled to address you as the new Little Lake City School District Superintendent. As I begin my term, I am excited to embark on this journey with a community I hold dear to my heart. I bring with me 31 years of experience in the field of education, having served in various roles in the Los Nietos School District, including 13 years as Superintendent.

During my time as a Superintendent, I had the privilege of leading numerous transformative initiatives. One significant accomplishment was the successful passage of Bond Measures E and N in 2014, which provided $28 million for facility and technology upgrades across all four schools in the district. Through careful oversight, we were able to modernize classrooms, equip them with up-to-date learning technology, and renovate and construct new facilities to ensure our students had a conducive learning environment.

I am thrilled to continue my journey alongside the dedicated educators, staff, students, and families of the Little Lake City School District. Together, we will strive to provide our students with a nurturing and empowering learning environment. I am eager to collaborate with each and every one of you to build upon the District’s achievements and set new milestones for educational excellence.

Thank you for the warm welcome and support. I am confident that by working together, we will inspire greatness in our students and create a brighter future for our community.

Sincerely,

Jonathan Vasquez
Superintendent
Little Lake City School District
